Help finding a good Solar PV Electrician

We are expanding our solar pv installation teams in the Midlands and I am looking for a fulltime solar PV electrician with 2372. Is anyone looking for work or could recommend a good candidate.

Vinny I am looking for someone ideally already based in the Midlands as I need the position filling ASAP. I have also started to interview a couple of likely candidates.

How lucrative is it becoming a solar pv installer any answers ? I feel I want to specialize now git me 2391 and all the other stuff just need to be mcs accredited ?
