help needed please.

Im getting a fault on my eversolar tl4000 inverter.
Isolation Fault
1. Check the impedance between PV (+) & PV
(-) with the inverter. Both the impedance must be
greater than 2MΩ.
2. Check whether the AC end has contacted with
earth.

Ive tried resetting to no avail.We had this fault previously but then the sparky put us a new earth rod in to get a reading down that was high so we thought this would be the end of it.Any advice please.

Yep - out on the roof. Its only a guess, or maybe a cable chaffed in the wind on the array - something to that effect.

That would take some fixing for the solar company
