Help new kitchen nightmare

We have just spent quite a lot on having a new kitchen in another part of our house. This was a complete installation including new electrics plumbing etc.
It us now apparently finished and quite frankly the electrics scare me
The power cables are running in and out of the radiator pipes everywhere for a start. When I asked I was told it's ok it's heat protected cable.
Couple of pictures below I have many more from all over.
The hob and oven are just on a 13 amp plug and that don't seem right to me as well. The whole work is quite shocking but I will stick to electricals
Please could someone help me as I don't know what I should do

Okay, I'll explain how this works. If you just paste a web address into a post then it may get recognised by the forum software and made into a link that looks nothing like what you posted.

So if I paste [NOPARSE]http://www.niceic.com/[/NOPARSE] into my post it will end up looking like this http://www.niceic.com/

But if I type some text then highlight it and use the 'Link' button (looks like planet earth) at the top of the reply box I can make the link read however I like. Random text.

So there's 2 identical links above and they look different depending how they're put into the reply.

Me too ... I have 2, how many have you got? My elder daughter is the worst ... wife caught her swiggin' from the milk. Bottle the other day; she had a cold at the time, bless her!
