Help. Outdoor light wiring?

Hello. The two screws connect a wire that leads outside and ends, I think it used to have outdoor lights.

What kind of lights would I buy to fit this breaker and replace the empty wire?

that's a timer, and by the looks of the exposed terminals, appears to have a transformer built in, so lights would beed to be 12V or maybe 24V. best get an electrician in to sort it.
