The best solution I came up with was to mount a flip-flop relay in the kiosk and convert all the switches to bell-press type. The final circuit would look something like this;
Davesparks came up with an interesting variation where he suggested leaving the original 2-way switches and making the new switch a bell-press type that operates a relay in the kiosk with the relay wired to do exactly what an intermediate switch does on a standard 3-way wiring scheme.
I think you would have to move away from a fixed two way or intermediate switch option and look at the possibilities for alternative switched control. There are insufficient cores to be able to implement standard two way switching.
