Went and changed a fuse box today, It took 45 minutes and I got paid a oncer in a brown envelope, cool. Anyhow do I need to bond the pipes in the house and let the city council know I did it? Whilst there the customer asked me if I needed to give him a test certificate, I wondered if a Minor Works written on the back of a smoke packet would be adequate. The bathroom fan was not working properly either so I thought I could add a 60 amp connector to the main brown tail going from the meter to the dist board and run a .75 flex up to the fan from there thoughts? Lastly how many sockets and what load can I stick on a 32 amp breaker? cheers all, go easy I am new here.

Im guessing you've had some "formal" electrical training, perhaps an apprenticeship?. Clearly you've spent too much time making brews, getting things from the stores and being a general dogs body!

You need to get on a Electrical Trainee course and learn how to do things right .....

I would advise strongly against using the smoke packet for the minor works cert as they are very hard to write on with pencils or ball point pens. You could perhaps scribble it on to the back of the receipt you got from the big shed. :)

Think you may need automatic window openers here..........If you want I can rent my grandmother out on a day rate.....she`s great with windows
