Welcome to the forum. I’m afraid the members won’t do this work for you as that would undermine the correct ethical practices. Why don’t you make an attempt at doing the assignment and then post your outcome. At that point the members may be able to give you some guidance.

Because then i can look at it in steps and then i can refer to it and ask my tutor on how to do it

There are ways of asking for help Harvey, your method isn't the right way by any stretch of the imagination

An attempt at answering any part of the question would have been nice to see... Even if the OP got it completely wrong it would have looked like he tried, then the we could help out...

Harvey have you got a copy of the 18th page 48 it will show you what tncs look like and then go from there.

Draw a sub-station with a 3 phase TN-C-S supply on the L.H.S. of the page and a TT on the R.H.S of the page then fill in the missing between the two.
