Hi, just finish my first installation on my own roof for my accreditation with Napit.

I'm just filling in the G83 form and I'm struggling with a few of the boxes,

1, Serial No of SSEG (is this the inverter?)

2, SSEG Rating and power factor?

Also not sure on the information to be enclosed, SSEG test report? Schedule of protection settings?

I'm guessing the final circuit diagram is a copy of the schematic that is provided in the handover pack?

Any help is very much appriciated.

SSEG is the inverter.
Rating and power factor will be in the inverter spec normally specified in the form 2500W or 2500VA with PF=1.
The SSEG test report is the G83 test certificate which you can download from the inverter manufacturer's site or your wholesaler's site.
For the schedule of protection settings I connected to the Sunny Boy using bluetooth to the installers pages and took some screenshots of the G83/1 settings. And the schematic is what is says.
Regards
Bruce

@woko, just to confuse you:
Depends upon the DNO!
Variations to @BruceB's reply

According to WPD nee Central Networks:

SSEG = Panel Make and Model plus the Inveter Make and Model
SSEG serial number they aren't bothered about (can be blank) You can put the inveter serial # in here if you like, don't put the panel serial #'s in! (you need the panel serial #'s for yourself)
Rating and Power factor either max continuous from the inverter if 'over panelled' or max from the panels (kWp) x inverter efficiency.
Protection settings, for a G83 certified inverter was Ok to leave blank!

Sorry to confuse.

Just ring your DNO they will help you!

Well, I am only a beginner at this! My info was sent to Central Networks; the reply (parallel connection agreement) was from Western Power. I suspect I sent them too much, but I did not want it to bounce as it was my first for assessment. It was by email so easy to do. I also suspect they get sent all sorts of rubbish and probably do not reject them for minor errors as they will be creating work for themselves.

Bruce

hi all
would the power factor be max pv power , max dc power, or nominal ac power or nominal ac current i am a bit confused so any help would be appreciated
