Precisely and this has been noted previously, I suspect this is why the OP has disappeared and solved the problem.

As the Lewden RCBO terminals do not look like the same format as any I have seen in the last few years, but match the others in the CU, I'd say that it is a load of -------s that anyone brought that with them to do the job.
No electrician turned up to this job at all, whether the OP did it or not.

That's a 50A RCBO! Firstly it needs to be on a 32A, secondly there's a fault somewhere between your Neautral and Earth.

I bet the neutral from the rcbo is in the neutral bar along with the neutral in the circuit so as soon as a load is plugged in there is no return path through the rcbo
