Help with Surface Mount Patress Box Drilling for Conduit.

On similar note, patresses compatible with MT2. I got what o thought were ones that are MT2 compatible (according to the MK sales bumpf) bit can't see where to knock them out for toffee, any got any advice for interfacing surface patresses with MT2?

lister, you need abs box.like this. (don't think screwfix stock them).

YT2 knockout in top and 20mm conduit knockout in bottom.
