I think the fly in the ointment here is our good old scheme providers, bearing in mind that it is perfectly acceptable and legal to use the free download forms from the IET, what we should be saying as a collective income providing cash cow to the NIEIC etc is, we are going to use our existing PIR`s supplemented by using the new codes, or we return our stock in exchange for the same quantity of new forms free of charge

But that would be an honest, decent thing to do.
And it would require a scheme provider who considers the position of honest decent sparkies, and who are prepared to help and support those sparkies.
