All the large construction site have test and tag and RCD tests every 3 months ,normally done buy the electrical contractor on site.
All workplaces have to have it done also.
You see a few test and tag companys driving around the city.

PV solar took off quite well but has started to fail miserably because of the government messin about with the tariffs.. loads are people are going out of work now because of it.. i dunno much about it but theres a few here that do..
