  • If you are seeking employment in the electrical industry, then you are in the correct forum to post a thread about what you are looking for. Please avoid putting contact details in the actual post. Use the forum messenger instead.

As well as posting a thread in the forum you're in, you can also search Electrician Jobs posted by others HERE. If you run an established electrical company, you can post your business details to our directory of electricians too.

This person requires some work. They've hopefully explained their skills and qualifications and what area they're in. Otherwise, what's the bloody point?

Hi, i am an electrical improver with 8 years on site expereince and currently doing my nvq. I am looking for work in or around the birmingham area.

pete, I have been doing this for 25 years and am still improving.

Paul, P.M me your contact details.
sometimes i need a mate but mostly i work alone.
if i need an extra pair of hands its always good to have another number to call.

EDIT,

PAUL,
1 tip for you.
if you are trying to drum up some work, it would be good for you to fill out as much of your profile as possible and stop restricting who can see it.

Its a nightmare now if your a mate working through an agency because you have got to go through an umberalla company and they take 33% of you wages!

im new to the site and will have to see how to open it up to be viewed.

If you have level 1 2 and 3 and 8 years relevant experience you can get registered in your own right.
Yes go for your NVQ and look to gain experience to improve yourself, but with what you’ve got it’s more than I had when I got registered.

I took the same route as you at approx the same age but with only 3 years on tools electrical experience and got registered. Through nic no problem.

As @James the Spark1976 says we are all improvers one way or another as we never stop learning.
I’m constantly one one course or another improving myself.
Why not continue your learning journey whilst registered.
