Hi I want to work as a trainee electrician

Hello everybody ,my name is Albert and I'm new to UK, but I have worked almost 9 years as a electrician in Romania. Now I am looking for a job here in London as a trainee electrician, don't have any of ecs,cscs jib or 17 th edition but I am willing to take one while working, is this possible?
