Hi new here just after a bit of advice?!

Hello, I'm in middle/end of complete bathroom redo after flood. All flooring redone, tiles all done, new suite etc. Just trying to fit new light. On inspection in loft there is a box with all light fitting wires going to it but the wire for bathroom light only has 2 wires. It is only a short piece of wire from box to fitting, can I replace this with a piece of wire with an earth in it?

Are there any cpcs (earth wires) in the junction box? Does you consumers unit (fuse box) 2 RCDs incorporated in it?
