hidden content

As part of my signature on here, I have my web sit address... I don't often log on via my laptop, I just normally brows via my phone, but when looking last night, I realised my site address is replace with "hidden content" looks like its the same with anyone who has put a link to their website.... Why's this changed ?

Might be my set up, add blocker maybe... Just says hidden content.... Maybe it was the red wine :-0 and I'm seeing things
