Found these nailed under floor on a Rewire yest best guess of contents can have then

If your putting them up for grabs then I doubt its worth much, so I'll guess it personal, low value but is a high value personally to hose who hid them ...
My guess is ....love letters and a teddy bear :)

Haha that would be an interesting topic actually on here...

Whats everyones finds out on their jobs?

When i was an apprentice doing a re-wire, we came across a newspaper almost intact from 1903 - customer took it off our hands though!

I found an earthenware demijohn in a pantry with a hand written label. "blackberry wine due for bottling Dec 1966"
The sherry notes indicated an unwanted reaction with oxygen over time, but it wasn't half bad once chilled :)

Won't leave you in suspense this late haha absolutely gutted to find that

...Looks like somebody had a secret hobby, whilst dieting...

As a youngster,i assisted fitting a supply to a sun-bed,that a young lady was fitting round her grandmas.

It was going in the under-floor space,of about a meter in height,so certainly no cellar...and what was under there?

...a mint, fully assembled Bren gun, with stand :33: The old-boy was a sapper, and after the war,had stayed on in France, blowing munitions and assisting the REME with demolition work....still,as a souvenir,it ranks as fairly substantial...

Are you sure the apprentice didn't get to it first? My guess the bag was full of old white fivers and tin full of gold sovereigns, if you see him driving around in a brand new car then you know where he got his brass from lol!
