Hi guys

Been asked by a friend to replace the fluorecents in his industrial unit he has seen some high efficiency fluorecent fittings installed in another building which have a very narrow tube! Im struggling to find such fittings can anyone point me in the right direction.

Than you ashley!

Sounds like a T5 fitting you are after, it's a very narrow linear tube. They are in HE (high efficiency) and HO (high output)Because the tube is so narrow they can be a bit bright on the eyes if the tube is in field of view without a diffuser

Excellent thanks for the help! Difusers are a must as i require a good IP rating as they are being installed above ironing equipment that release steam! Any advice how to Suspend waterproof flourecense from the roof while still maintaining the IP rating???

Regards Ashley!

New install so didn't replace anything and were at 6 meters

Ok thanks, got some low bays to change soon, and looking for a more economic replacement. looking at alternatives for energy saving and have though about these as an alternative. height is about five meters.

Considered Led's but do'nt know if they are as good as they are cracked up to be.
