Could you not just buy a standard CU and mount it in a slightly larger IP55 steel enclosure?
 
You are probably best off with the insulated consumer unit in your situation but both Europa and BG make 3 usable way consumer units with IP54 and IP65 ratings respectively. The BG unit is made of an alloy but states they meet the AMD3 requirements, the Europa one is steel.
