Has anybody fitted the above devices and do you have any thoughts one the product

I've fitted a number of them and the only time I've had an issue is when I used them on a rewire and was going back to fit the heads (which I'd left wrapped up in a cupboard) after the rest of the building work was finished and the owner had decided to put them on without asking and had managed to break the test button on one and not locate the head properly on the other which caused it to overheat and fail (lesson learnt, I don't leave the heads on site now). They are basically a cheaper slightly less installer friendly copy of Aico, but (other than the above) I've not had any reports of them malfunctioning and they have the same length of warranty as Aico.

This is a review of the battery ones, though I suspect it would be similar for the mains ones:

Thanks for getting back to me

Damn, just put a few battery ones up in my house because we couldn't afford the wireless aico atm
Yes the Aico aint cheap, but if you fit battery Hispec ones in your own property then you can deal with any faults or issues yourself, however its a different story if you supply and fit them for a customer and you keep getting issues.
