hi guys can u's clarify whats needed on behalf of the electrician.

reason i ask is i have had a call for one today, told him i got my elecsa asses tomoz and i would phone him.

is it something we do ? as sparks doh

is it ok to sign a cert for this reason as he's selling up.

Not to say that though the HIP is scrapped the mortgage company have not insisted on a PIR, espicially if the surveyor as noted something on his/her report
