This forum is great for getting 'by the book' advice, but I would like some of you to admit to, if the job is running over, thinking **** it and writing a few fictional results on the cert.

b******s, you must have done it.
There's a great big chandelier which you can't just whip it down and test so you just test the nearest light/switch and add on 0.07 ohms

Chandilier? why test a fixed light fitting. Why not test all light fittings, bq wickes et all?

so the chandelier is worth £50000, the bq is worth 10 quid...err nope, no difference for the purpose
