dead my arse. send it here. i'll have it stripped and rebuilt in under an hour.
 
We have one coming round tomorrow but I can't see how it could just happen out the blue

water, rodent damage, DIY damage?

last one I had like this was caused by a new picture hook. Something the client only told me after I had located the fault and showed her!
