This is my first time drilling and cutting an enclosure box, it looks uneven and ugly with the screws not fully screwed in, any tips how to improve it next time? It seems stable enough so that's something. This is going to be electricity meter so you can plug in your devices to check how much power they're using.

Sorry, that looks dog rough to me The PZEM-022 should have push fit 'ears' on the ends which just clip in. The hole should be a nice tight fit and it'll just clip in, no need for screws. As above, dry lining box for the socket.

I'm guessing this is going to be some sort of portable enclosure?
What's your plan on getting the cables into it?
Are you going to have a flex run into it with a plug on the end so you can plug it in and then plug an appliance into it to see power usage?

It looks to me like the socket is held in by just the lip of 2 bolts with no nuts on the other side which is totally not suitable and dangerous if that socket slips out while live
You need to cut the socket hole smaller so the plastic lid covers the socket holes which you can then drill and bolt it securely to the lid. These are then hidden by the screw covers
