How do I open the second half of my garden door?; Plumbers Forums

Sorry to post this question here - I couldn't find an appropriate chapter.

As you can see in the attached pics., I have a garden door that opens with a handle easily. When I gave a closer look, it seems the other half door also has a hinge. However I don't see a knob or lever to open it. Can you pl. help?
