My wife is a touch typist and the keys go at machine gun rates.
It's a skill that I can't replicate. If I wanted something typed she'd be my willing assistant.

But actual speed of typing?
That's not a big deal for me.
Mostly, it is the thought process that is the limiting factor.
Measure it twice - cut it once.

very nice, im more of a baker than a cook.

i have never cooked any proper food other than stews,pizza etc.

but going into baking i really like it, i learned off my mother
