why????really you should only be using singles in conduit.

Leave approximately 200mm of the sheathing on 1 cable or enough to make entry to the point of termination with sheath around it.
Strip the sheath from the 200mm mark to approximately 200mm short of where the other end terminates.
Now you have 3 building wires with no plastic sheath making them bulkier. Legal if run in conduit.
Its sometimes easier to strip as you go.
Keep the whole sheathing on the second cable, the conduit is wide enough to accommodate the cables as per described. Most important that any cables exposed should be sheathed.
