How many lights will i need?

Hi,

We are going to be putting some cat2 Fluorescent lights in an office, but are unsure how many to use, to get the correct lumens per sq ft.
Both rooms are 16x16.5.

Shall i use 5ft or 6ft twin fluorescents?m

Is the room size in metres or feet?
As Marvo says, height and type of ceiling would help.

Platerboard ceiling, roughly 2.6m, will get exact measurement. The sizes were in ft.

Other room is 7 ft 9 inches
