Completing the Nvq is partly up to him due the work he gets if we're constantly doin little rewires and odd jobs I can't use them as jobs but I should hope to be Finshed before end I this year.

Thanks for all the advice people I think I'm guna have to raise the subject just too see what he says, if he can get away with paying that without me questioning it he will carry on won't he
