For those of you have been assessed recently, (it's Feb 21 right now) for the first time. How long did it take NICEIC to confirm acceptance/pass and so membership of this organisation?

I suspect you will get varying answers Frimley. I have gone through perhaps 7 assessments now, sometimes they respond quickly after your assessment (assuming you have no non conformities), sometimes they take ages. I would suggest you pester them, politely, if you haven't heard back after a week, and then weekly thereafter.

Also, it is often the case that there is a non conformity on your first assessment, as there is so much paperwork you need... Risk assessment, health and safety policy etc etc, so it is likely something will be left out. If you want to avoid delays then make sure you have absolutely everything they need.
