UK How to arrange consumer unit to ignore car charger load so that it does not discharge home battery when called to charge from Octopus energy.

So I have an issue with a Zappi car charger discharging my home battery when called to charge by the octopus intelligent system. This is happening because the Zappi charger load is measured by the main supply CT so is seen as a home load by the solar/battery system and the battery discharges to supply the Zappi charger when solar system is in max self-consumption mode.
I want to arrange my consumer unit so that the load taken by the charger is ignored by the solar/battery system, so the battery does not discharge.
I have attached a drawing of my proposal id be grateful for people's thoughts on my solution I believe this should work and complies with regs.
cheers

That'll work - though if the second 100A switch is actually a switch, you need to come off the bottom of it for the first RCD.

There is another way, just take the tail for the garage SWA through the CT - but in the opposite direction to the main tail. Doing that will mean the magnetic field from the garage load current will cancel the field from the same current in the main tail.
I.e. current for the charger will pass through the CT one way in the main tail, then the opposite way in the garage feed. So the magnetic fields will cancel, and so not trigger the solar system.
No rearrangement other than possibly extending the SWA core.
