How to change hours immersion heater

How do i go about changing the hours in which my immersion heater charges? Its on 2:15-7:15 at the moment but we dont need 5 hours charge , any help would be great

What makes you think you don't need the programmed 5 hours to charge a cylinder that size on off peak electricity? It won't draw power once all the water has been heated, since the thermostat in the bottom immersion heater will switch off.
The programmable 'boost' function operates the upper immersion heater on full price electricity, and is used to make the water hotter in the evening if it has cooled off a bit too much, or if you have used up the complete cylinder full during the day.
