How to do an RCD test at origin?

Hi,

I've been trying to test an RCD at origin but can't make it trip! It will trip if I go to the end of the circuit.

I've got a Megger 1552, connecting it accross the top of the RCD and then the black cable to the earth bar. I put the Megger on Auto RCD but I just get >400ms.

Any help much appreciated!

The top of the RCD is the feed side, you need to connect to the bottom load side where the line busbar and neutral bar feed are connected.


Also for auto sequencing you need the green & black leads on the earth bar.
