How would you do this???

Hi All

Time to pick your brains, got a block of flats - concrete floor and ceiling Flats are only 20ft wide and 40ft long - very small!
Kitchen/Lounge area customer wants sockets along side walls. What route would you take? Am I right in saying cables run horizontally along the ceiling within 150mm in within the safe zone and can be done?

Any other ideas would be appreciated

We've just been house bashing new flats & use cable ties anchored to the conceret ceiling
like Cable Tie Masonry Mount 8mm Hole holder | Cable Ties | Fixings - Orbital Fasteners

we did 2 cable ties looped together & use one loop for 230v & other loop for bt, TV etc. routing was easy.
ceiling would then be installed.

The cable ties are looped together like a figure of 8 with about 5-6" gap between 230v & bt ect. Did this when we couldn't run 230v, bt etc separately.

5-6 inch size loops. Cable ties are standard size but long length type
