Just wanted to say a HUGE thanks to Amberleaf for all his posting so far on his apprentice thread.
I'm on my 3rd year now, just passed the 2330-301, and made a note of a few pointers he wrote.
Nice one fella:cool:

Are you still at college?
At the mo our tutors getting a bit crabby with some of the apprentices, they keep pratting about, and its getting pretty close to the final lot of exams. Were going through initial verification and reg's at the mo.

no mate thankfully I have my two nights a week back to myself. yeh i know the last year gets a bit tense, everyone is fed up and wants out by this point. especially after three years like we did.

Nice one:D
Been here 3 years myself, could only do one day a week, full time course was full of spotty kids.
Just finding it really difficult at the moment to find some sort of work, was helping someone out for the experience, but he's gone bankrupt:( seems to be the norm these days.

stick at it you have come too far to give up. its the experience that most people cant get if thats any helpto you. at least at an interview you can say "Ive got my tech serts and experience" rather than just "Well i can clip a bit of twin to a board and i have my certs does that make me a spark" there were loads on our course who through no fault of their own have spent three years and a great deal of money never to be able to do the job that they would be good at. a real waste of talent its a shame companys dont seem to give them a fair try.
