They are a link between 2 11kva transformers inside the same building,All above ground,The whole run was a mess,The cable isn't lsf as requested so luckily it's all getting stripped out and redone, Total b**s up from day 1

When you say ''Linking'' do you mean via a main switchboard with bus coupler?? Otherwise why are there two cables?? As you only need one suitably sized cable to link 2 transformers, never ever seen two cables used in MV work!!
 
I thought the standards of the new sites I've taken over are bad, makes them seem a lot better looking at this.
 
Sorry mate could have been clearer,one from each transformer, They drop through the floor into 2 ringmaster units


Ah, ... so these 2 cables are the feeders to the 2 transformers from the load Switch Fuses/Breakers on the RMU's. ...OK, got you now!! lol!!
