When you press it it sounds like it's going but it doesn't work

Is it something in the settings or malfunction?

Looks brand-new, I'd take it back for a swap to see if it's the same. Or try the manual, I only have kewtech so can't comment on the operation.

yes it is not I got it from a friend who works in another field and I'm at the beginning and I have no idea why it doesn't work

Turn the dial to the spanner area, it will ask to rest, yes.

Down load.

Well that mean to either send it off to megger or I would us calabration Manchester ask them.
