Icertifi data missing when i download it

Does anyone on here use Icertifi?
I have tried their free trial for an domestic electrical installation certificate, but I am having real problems with it.
I enter my data into the schedule of test results and then try downloading it, but every time I do this there is loads of data missing.
Can anyone help as I need a certificate urgently? Thanks.

First save it. Then send it by email, is that what you do?

I did not see a save option anywhere. I thought that it would automatically save when I moved onto the next box. Just wasted another hour or so trying to do another one and when I logged out, then logged back in, i could not see my saved certificate. It`s so frustrating.

click on cog at bottom of page and "save certificate progress"

I am not seeing any cog. Could this be because it is the trial version?

Maybe give them a call ................. trial version may prohibit printing or completing .

Just tried starting another and I clicked on a save option that I had not noticed before. Logged out and then back in and there are no saved certificates showing.

Is there a helpline number, all I could find was a bug fix report option. I tried this, this morning, to no avail.
