went to look at a cafe today- existing lights are twin 58w fluorescent fittings on chains dropped from the ceiling slightly.
Its quite dark in there- doesn't help with having black ceilings!
she wants to get rid of the the fluorescent fittings- and go for spotlights...
I explained the you cant really have these suspended on jacks- like how they already are- and these will need to me fixed to the ceiling (so slightly higher than the lights currently are)

these are what I am thinking of using- 110w to replace 112w- but at-least the spots will be more of a directed light
the supplies are flex's from klik roses- and stuffing glands into the flu fittings...
any advise on how to neatly take the flex into the spot fitting base- with no access from above!
