It will be in your contract of employment or company handbook
But I don’t get it, if you are not scheduled to work then you are getting the bank holiday off?

Public holidays are normally broken up into
An allowance to account for those worked or missed due to flexible or even time rosters. If you’re on roster and “On call” for example you should get OT rates
