Still horrendous noise but multi tool for me on trunking..

Battery grinder all day long..anything from PVC/galv conduit to YT2 to dado.

Almost forgot, have some Rothenburger plastic pipe cutters that i use for YT2 in the summer, in winter will shatter it rather than cut.

I use a Hacksaw occasionally, but only if it's just a few cuts and small enough trunking.

Other than the horrendous noise, what's the problem with using a jigsaw on trunking? Tool for the job in many circumstances?

There's no problem, I still use it sometimes when the grinder isn't suitable.
