Illuminated Shop Sign LEDs

I have been asked to replace the bulbs for a Coral Bookers, shop sign, when I opened it up I found LEDs in Series, any idea where I can get replacement LEDs for these signs from?
The other option would be replace the whole sign which I they dont want to do unless they have to.

I have free rain with these, I would be looking at 12v DC or similar.
I need about 5 lots of 25 modules all in white.
I would also need a transformer to power them from the 230v Lighting Radial

All would have to be a min of IPX5 as they are going to be used outside and the existing sign is not very waterproof.
