Green deal would not sell for solar pv as it would not meet the golden rule it could be part pais for under ECO as I understand it.

we're not looking at those with bad credit histories, I'm just saying that this is what their actual printed marketing material is aimed at, so it's useless to give to customers, and their application forms aren't sorted out properly for this market either.

if they got their act together it'd be great, but they hadn't last time I checked - it is on my list of things to chase up though.

Still seems to be a gap in the market for someone to offer a solar finance package.. i also think 9% is taking the ****...

me too.

we credit were talking about 5-6% for £5-8k loans to home owners with good credit histories, which is a bit more like it, but we've not had anyone test it out yet to see what the reality is.

That's more like it, tesco are offering home improvement loans at 5.7% so around there would be ok. Worth another look perhaps...
