Iv got a 7.4 Kw hob and im sure the ovens the same if not more, And its on a 45A never had any trouble with it, Both ovens going flat out at xmas and the hob on flat out.
The Hob does pulse and malcom mentions

Well considering the lay out of the property being a small flat in SE London, and having a very difficult attic space to reach, which im not even sure i have been given permission to enter yet as it is a shared space, I shall propose options as take it from there.
