I wondered this but I think it should be a shorter cert as standard to add a circuit to an exsisting installation
Surely that would only work if the last EIC was recent and available ............

If you can alter a circuit and add to it in a MWC you should Be able to add a single circuit on the cert were discussing as it has enough information on it and if all tests all ok
