I'm not sure if I've missed something but Mark et al's website is by installers for customers not at all the same as solarmonster which looks like yet another lead generation site. There's a clear difference in the approach from Mark's site - they know what they are talking about and when you ring you get to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about not someone who wants to sell a lead.

Nothing wrong with either I suppose, but it's like comparing apples and oranges and if I was a customer I know which one I'd prefer.

Hi Mark,
I'm new to the forum, but would like to join the list too. PM on the way shortly.
Cheers
Colin

I can't get my head round why the UK Solar Installers web address is now censored! I have asked via Lenny who kindly replied saying some new software may be blocking it.

It would be nice to know if theres any thing we can do to rectify this.

For some reason the UKSI web site is now censored? but it reads like www dot UK solar installers dot co dot uk have a look and if its for you register on there.

Just thought I'd throw this out there, when Summit Skills, the S.J.I.B. etc and all the other concerned bodies in Scotland get on the same page, the only people who will be allowed to install PV systems in Scotland will be time served sparks who have successfully gained the relevant additional qualifications i.e. SQA Unit/s.
Yet another typically well thought out direction from Scottish brains, so if you're getting this work done south of Hadrian's wall check that the installers aren't wearing cowboy boots instaed of 'steelies'. You've been warned.
