If only looking to take on some domestic sub work & expecting not to work higher than ceiling height to light fittings etc, which type of step ladder would be preferable?

Platform or just the stepped swing back? Number of treads?

I've used both, the platforms are handy for resting all manner of stuff on whilst you're working...
Cheers

Likewise I use 4 and 6 tread, I paid less from Denmans, ÂŁ50 for the 4 tread and ÂŁ57.70 for the 6 tread, I am not sure what it will work out at with the trade discount.
