Had problems with insulation resistance tests.seems my hands are sweaty causing lower readings ie not 500 meg.when wearing rubber gloves readings seem to be ok.anyone else had these problems ?

Why are your hands anywhere near the connections when measuring IR anyway???

Surely the test leads are croc clipped to the conductors???

Sorry meant having terminated accessories and then under taking insulation reistance readings with meter I get lower insulation resistance readings.think it may be when connecting that I have the problem.
