Try a kt35 ! better for ir testing as you can use the 250v function !
got the same yesterday and was using a KT61 L/E 5.3MEG N/E 5.3MEG L/N 0.00 will dig the prob out today and let you know but prob as said something still connected or loose connection
Agree IR testing is biggest pain it is worth doing 250v test first saves blowing anything or link L+N
