Hi all,
Is a double pole switch above the work surface feeding a 13amp socket below for example a fridge, as good as an FCU.?
The fridge has its own fuse in the plug .
If you use an FCU there are two fuses involved.
I can see that if the fridge was hard wired to an FCU , ie no plug with and fuse then that would be good for isolation and fuse protection/changing
